This beautiful traditional style chalet is located just minutes away from the Millennium Express, Europe’s longest and most modern gondola, in an area famous for its long, hot summers and exciting variety of Alpine acitivities.
Pension Sonnleitn is owned and run by Craig and Katharine who are looking forward to providing you with a warm welcome and a memorable stay here in Austria’s sunny south.
All our rooms are spacious and clean with traditional Austrian furniture and en-suite, with satellite TV. Most rooms have sunny southerly facing balconies overlooking the stunning mountains that border with Italy.
We also have large family rooms and a fully equipped newly decorated self catering studio apartment that sleeps up to four adults or a family of five.
A traditional Austrian breakfast of freshly baked bread, local cheeses, cold ham and salami, boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit preserves, juices and tea and coffee, is included in the price which can be enjoyed in our newly decorated lounge/diner.
We are only a few minutes drive from the charming town of Hermagor, famous for its locally produced bacon (Speck) and lively summer festivals and a 15 minute drive to the warm crystal clear Pressegersee Lake with its fantastic public bathing facilities.
